Accessibility-led
event design

Venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. You attend your event instead of running it.

The concept, decor, lighting, and layout are curated so the room says what you mean when anyone speaks.

Events that genuinely welcome neurodivergent and differently abled attendees, from sensory planning to staff training.

Transportation, accommodation, and timelines held in one plan.

AV technicians, technical directors, lighting specialists, planners, coordinators, and registration professionals.

Sourcing, bids, contracts, and onsite accountability, so every partner on your event has been chosen and held to a standard.
Most events treat accessibility as a checklist signed off the week before. We build it into the floor plan, the programming, the signage, and the staff briefing—because an attendee who cannot participate fully did not really attend. It is the work our founder cares most about, and it is why clients bring us their most sensitive rooms.

01
One form, ten minutes—scope, dates, headcount, budget range, access needs.
02
Scope, team, and a quote built around your event, not a template.
03
Planning, vendors, and on-site execution held by one team.
The Lotus Give Back
Lotus donates a portion of the planning fee we collect to a charity you choose on your event profile. The donation is made by Lotus, in our name, within 30 days of your final invoice. It is a small thing that makes each event count twice.
Share the details once and we will come back with real numbers, not a template. Every Lotus quote is built around your scope, your headcount, and your guests.
