GiGi Sheppard, CMP, has spent more than two decades in hospitality, planning and running events for non-profits, sports organizations, associations, and small businesses. She holds the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.

Her background in psychology from Florida Atlantic University shapes how Lotus plans: how a room feels, how guests move through it, and what makes someone feel welcome or left out.
