Meet Our Founder: GiGi Sheppard

GiGi Sheppard is a visionary event architect with a passion for hospitality and a deep commitment to serving the special needs community. With over two decades of experience in the event industry, GiGi has built a reputation for her innovative approach to event planning, exceptional client service, and dedication to creating inclusive environments.

GiGi’s professional journey began with a deep interest in behavioral science, leading her to pursue a degree in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Delaware County Community College. This background, combined with her extensive experience in the hospitality industry, gives GiGi a unique perspective on event design and management, particularly in creating spaces that are accessible and welcoming for neurodivergent and differently-abled individuals.

Professional Experience

GiGi’s career spans a wide range of roles, all of which have contributed to her expertise in hospitality and event planning. As an Event Architect and Conference Navigator, GiGi started her career working with high-profile organizations, in numerous industries including non-profits, sports organizations, associations, and small businesses, overseeing some of the industry’s most memorable and successful events. Her work includes coordinating large-scale conferences, private functions, and hybrid events, ensuring that every detail is perfectly executed.
